Voelker.Blackburn.Niehoff Architects has finished designing and begun construction on St. Mary Academy and the St. Bernadette Parish Center. The 60,000 s.f. school is programmed for Pre-K through 8th grade. Special amenities include a gym, media center, computer lab, art/music room, cafeteria and administrative offices.

VIPS - Visually Impaired Preschool Services
Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS) assists children who are blind or sight-impaired. This 8,000 s.f. addition more than doubled the size of the existing facility. Color and textures were critical in the design of the spaces.

Southwick Community Center
The project involves the addition of a new gym, locker rooms, a weight room, offices and a large multi-purpose room. It also involves the renovation of the existing Center and construction of a new entry element at the terminus of the street to the south.
St. Aloysius Sanctuary Renovation & Expansion
Project includes additions to the existing Sanctuary, almost doubling the seating capacity to 1,300. In addition, the Altar area was completely renovated with new Altar furnishings and lighting.
Mount Crested Butte House
Situated at the base of Crested Butte’s Gold Link lifts, this new house is oriented to the north to take advantage of expansive views of the Elk Mountains. The house is made up of four volumes which revolve around the living room/kitchen space.

The new Collision Center includes a Body Shop and Paint Shop. It was the second building by Voelker.Blackburn.Niehoff Architects on the new expanded campus at Bachman Auto Group.
