VBNA has been selected to design two bus stops for the SmART Stop program included in the Vision Russell Neighborhood Transformation Plan. The bus stops are to include Louisville/Russell Neighborhood history and art as well as including technology from TARC’s technology upgrade initiative.
Community input is though discussions at Vision Russell events is being incorporated into the designs which will be constructed in Fall 2017. VBNA is partnering with Weber Design Group to fabricate the stops.
