Voelker.Blackburn.Niehoff Architects has been selected along with Biagi, Chance, Cummins, London, Titzer, Inc. Consulting Engineers (BCCLT, Inc) to work on the University of Kentucky’s Center for Applied Energy Research (CAER) renovation & expansion project.

The University of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research has a long tradition of fossil fuel research. While respecting that history, they recognize today’s constantly changing energy field. In order to respond to today and tomorrow’s needs, CAER strive to solve existing problems, while identifying potential future technologies.
