Northeast Family YMCA Renovations/Additions Phase I
Northeast Family YMCA
Renovations/Additions - Phase I
Louisville, Kentucky
Additions feature a wellness center with free weights and exercise machines, and an aerobics room with a specially designed cushioned wood floor. Also included is a kid’s room that has separate areas for different age groups as well as a huge, free-standing play structure and a rock-climbing wall.
The exterior appearance of the additions, which added over 50% to the size of the facility, were designed to compliment the appearance of the original building in a manner that makes it difficult to distinguish what was original and what is new.
