Southeast Family YMCA
Renovations/Additions - Phase II
Louisville, Kentucky

Additions and renovations designed more than tripled the area of the building. A full-sized gym, new locker rooms, an aerobics room, and a wellness center/weight room & chapel were added. New offices were designed as part of the renovation. The entire building, old and new, received new finishes, heating & cooling, and electrical systems.

The aerobics and wellness centers are prominently featured with large windows facing Six Mile Lane, allowing the users to see and be seen. All materials used inside and out were selected for maximum use and minimum maintenance.
