VBNA and Ed Eiche led planning for this unique approach to ICF/IID one-story facility design, resolving the program’s 16 beds into four distinct houses for the desired home-like setting. The project’s design creates greater operational efficiency by connecting the four houses to a back-of-house support services core from which all residents’ needs are met.
